The first is strong adhesion and colonization in intestinal tract, the test use swine epithelial cells to simulate the intestinal environment, the colonization and adhesion rate of Clostridium butyricum in intestinal mucosa and its inhibitory effect on the pathogenic bacteria were detected with pathogenic bacteria with high adhesion as control group. The test show Clostridium butyricum good inhibitory effect on pathogenic bacteria, even the Inactivated Clostridium butyricum also has inhibitory effect. 

The second is stronger anti-inflammation and immunity improvement, the test results in below show Clostridium butyricum increase the contents of immunoglobulin IgA, IgM and SIgA enhancing body immunity.   

The third is stronger anti-pathogenic performance, the results show that adding Clostridium butyricum could reduce the abundance of Aeromonas, vibrio and other harmful bacteria, increase the abundance of Lactobacillus and other good bacteria. And optimized the structure of intestinal flora.  

The fourth is stronger ability of repairing intestinal tract damage, the test results show the integrity and compactness of intestinal mucosa were significantly improved after adding Clostridium butyricum into feed.

The fifth is stronger anti-stress performance, the thermal stimulation of 3 test groups were set to evaluate stress level, results show that Clostridium butyricum could reduce the content of these indicators, improve the catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) content.
